October 5, Fineko/abc.az. US President Donald Trump has stated that the United States has no intention of collaborating with China in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). The American leader emphasized that the US continues to maintain its global leadership in this domain.

Trump noted that the core competition in artificial intelligence is currently taking place between the United States and China. Consequently, he stated there is no rational basis for Washington to share its expertise and technical capabilities with Beijing.

The US President stressed that joint developments in AI would grant China access to advanced technologies it currently lacks, which runs counter to American strategic interests.
