16:20 - 14.10.2026

October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Private funding for space startups reached an all-time high of $20.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026, driven by aggressive investor backing for launch providers, satellite manufacturing, and space infrastructure, according to a report by global venture firm Seraphim Space. The figure marks nearly a threefold increase compared to the $7.4 billion raised in Q2.

The quarter also registered a record 216 completed transactions, up from 140 in the previous quarter. Commenting on the trend, Seraphim Space noted that private capital is increasingly backing proven commercial and institutional demand rather than relying purely on speculative public listing sentiment.
