October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announced in Paris that the AI chipmaker plans to unveil a new $2 billion investment package in Europe next week.

This funding comes on top of the $8 billion committed to the region last year as the world's most valuable company expands its global AI infrastructure.

During his European tour, Huang also revealed new backing for French startups Doctolib, Genesis AI, Pigment, and Entalpic. Urging European nations not to fall behind in the global AI race, Huang highlighted open-source AI models as a cost-effective strategy for European competitiveness.
