August 7, Fineko/abc.az. Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov has highlighted the achievements of the digital transformation at SOCAR Carbamide, executed since 2023 in strategic partnership with US-based McKinsey & Company.

Writing on X, the Minister stated that the 2.5-year initiative—leveraging platforms like EnergyAI, predictive maintenance systems, and talent building via the SOCAR Digital Academy—has significantly boosted output and energy efficiency. The global impact of this transformation has earned prominent placement on McKinsey's official website.

Jabbarov also noted that SOCAR's digital leadership is backed by three World Economic Forum Digital Lighthouse awards, establishing a benchmark for Azerbaijan's broader industrial sector.
