January 11, Fineko/abc.az. The quarantine rules are to be toughened in the Turkish city of Istanbul.

ABC.AZ reports that people over the age of 65 and under the age of 20 are temporarily prohibited from using public transport in Istanbul.

The ban will come into force from 15 January.

In general, people in these age groups are allowed to leave the house at certain hours of the day.
