November 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has developed the new amendments to the tax legislation.

Samira Musayeva, director general of the Ministry’s Tax Policy & Strategic Research Department, has stated that their Department has prepared the proposals for the monitoring of tax holidays and exemptions with respect to socio-economic policy of the country.

"The proposals include the expansion of coverage of a receipt on fixed amount of tax, introduction of e-service of making change in information on legal entities, and simplification of exchange of information," Musayeva said.
